Status
This page tells you whether CaseVault is running and, when it isn't, what we're doing about it. We don't have a fancy status board yet — this is v0.1, with one production instance and a small group of beta users.
Right now
Operational. If you can see this page, the web app is up.
There's no separate monitor reporting service health back to this page yet — that's on the pre-beta checklist. For now, if you're hitting an error and this page still loads, the issue is likely with your account, your file, or a specific endpoint. Email support@casevault.au and we'll look at it.
Where it runs
- Web + worker: DigitalOcean App Platform, Sydney (
syd1). - Database: DigitalOcean Managed PostgreSQL 16, Sydney.
- Object storage: DigitalOcean Spaces, Sydney.
- Email: Amazon SES, Sydney (
ap-southeast-2).
When something breaks
This is a beta. Things will break. When they do, our commitment is:
- We'll tell you what happened. Plain English. Not "elevated error rates".
- We'll tell you whether any of your data was exposed. The technical answer is almost always no, because the server can't decrypt your documents — but you deserve to hear that explicitly.
- We'll tell you what we did so it doesn't happen again.
